Julie "The Cat" vs. Gunnar Stahl....who you got?

What a save! I mean really, WHAT A SAVE! "The Cat" flashed the glove like my man Sieve back in the glory days. Gunnar Stahl though he could sneak that slap shot by Julie's lightning quick glove side reflexes. But he was sorely mistaken. That save won the Ducks the JR. Goodwill Games Gold Medal. Gordon Bombay with the Hall of Fame coaching decision sealed the deal for the Ducks.

O.K. folks, as much as The Mighty Ducks Trilogy was an epic, important part of every hockey players childhood, I have got to say they could have found some kids that could at the very least skate. The Jr. Goodwill Games would be lucky if 1000 people (including family members) showed up to the gold medal game. And you could bet your wife and kids that a District 5 team from Minnesota would not beat Gunnar Stahl and the best that Iceland has to offer.
